President/Founder
I founded Hire Partnership in 2008 with a clear vision: to create a full-service staffing agency that blends personalized, high-quality service with deep industry expertise for clients in the Boston and surrounding areas. With over 30 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, my goal was to build a company that operates with minimal red tape, focusing on doing what’s best for both our candidates and clients. I also aimed to cultivate a fun, collaborative culture that fosters teamwork and shared success. At Hire Partnership, we live by our core values: Do the right thing, Do what you say, Always be curious, Oomph, & Bomb diggity! I’m excited to continue leading Hire Partnership as we grow and evolve, always staying true to our values and commitment to excellence.
