Jeanine Hamilton established Hire Partnership in 2008, with the vision of creating a full-service staffing firm that combines high-quality, personal-touch hallmarks of service with industry know-how for our Boston area clients. Jeanine brings more than 25 years of staffing and recruiting industry experience.

Alex has been serving clients and customers for over 20 years. Staffing is a natural fit as he is customer focused and has extensive experience building client relationships and directing growth. At Hire Partnership he is dedicated to serve those around him and to make a difference in people's lives by supporting clients, candidates, and the internal team.

Deena has been working at Hire Partnership since 2016. She started as a Recruiter and has moved into a Staffing Manager position. She connects job seekers with their next career move. She also is the Director of Recruitment. Deena enjoys spending as much time as possible outside. She is a competitive runner who likes to set and achieve goals.
