Jeanine Hamilton established Hire Partnership in 2008, with the vision of creating a full-service staffing firm that combines high-quality, personal-touch hallmarks of service with industry know-how for our Boston area clients. To her business, Hamilton brings more than 25 years of staffing and recruiting industry experience. Before launching Hire Partnership, Jeanine served as senior vice president, client operations for a national organization, Veritude, where she was responsible for managing all commercial site-based teams supporting the company’s new and existing managed services programs. Hire Partnership is among a small number of staffing firms to receive SDO certification as both a minority- and woman-owned business (MBE and WBE). Jeanine also sits on the Employee Advisory Committee for Operation.
In her free time, Jeanine enjoys running, biking and spending time with her two boys. She is also a proud sponsor of Waltham Youth Baseball.
Deena Abramson has been working at Hire Partnership since 2016. She started as a recruiter and has moved into a staffing manager. In her current position, she connects job seekers with their next career move. She also manages customer service clients and partners with them in finding talent.
Outside of work – Deena enjoys spending as much time as possible outside. She is a competitive runner who likes to set and achieve goals. During the COVID pandemic – her feats included two “Birthday Miles” ultramarathons and running the Boston Marathon course with friends. On the weekends, she likes to volunteer in the local running community at Jamaica Plain parkrun. Deena graduated from Binghamton University, where she was her Sorority President (ΣΑΕΠ) and currently sits on the National Board of Directors as a Regional Governor.
