Jeanine Hamilton
President/Founder
I founded Hire Partnership in 2008 with a clear vision: to create a full-service staffing agency that blends personalized, high-quality service with deep industry expertise for clients in the Boston and surrounding areas. With over 30 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, my goal was to build a company that operates with minimal red tape, focusing on doing what’s best for both our candidates and clients. I also aimed to cultivate a fun, collaborative culture that fosters teamwork and shared success. At Hire Partnership, we live by our core values: Do the right thing, Do what you say, Always be curious, Oomph, & Bomb diggity! I’m excited to continue leading Hire Partnership as we grow and evolve, always staying true to our values and commitment to excellence.

HR & Operations Manager
I have been with Hire Partnership since 2012, I began my career as a Recruiter and have had the privilege of working across various departments within the organization. This diverse experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of staffing and recruiting. I am passionate about helping individuals find their ideal career opportunities and feel fortunate to have grown professionally within such a dynamic and supportive company.

I first connected with Hire Partnership as a candidate, and from the very first interview, I knew this was a special company. With a strong passion for communication and human psychology, I’ve found these interests to be incredibly valuable in the staffing industry. My journey to becoming Director of Staffing and Recruiting has been rewarding, and I’m proud to be part of a team that values both professional growth and building meaningful connections.
Kerwin Melveda
Payroll & Compliance Manager
Kerwin has broad expertise in customer service, compliance, and quality assurance. He joined Hire Partnership in 2021. In his current role, he is dedicated to help our candidates with their onboarding and resolving current/former employees’ payroll-related concerns. He loves playing badminton and watching reaction videos during his free time.

I’ve been with Hire Partnership for just over a year (hired in September 2023), and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience.
